Filip Jers Quartet

Filip Jers Quartet has refined the rendezvous between jazz and traditional folk melodies updated to year 2016, and the harmonica plays the leading part. The brilliant version of the musical meeting between this two genres has given the quartet lots of well earned attention at jazz festivals and jazz clubs, both national and international. In their belauded debut album Filip Jers Quartet made a kick-off after Toots Thielemans, now they do it after Jan Johansson. On stage they show a playfulness and virtuosity that leaves the audience greatly touched.
