Saitenstreich

Saitenstreich is a dynamic, folk-based duo featuring Michael Schwiening on guitars, mandoline and  voice, and Louise Gillman on fiddle, voice and accordeon. The music consists of lively fiddle melodies, mainly from Ireland, Scotland and Canada driven by rhythmic and energetic guitar riffs. The duo sings compositions in German, English and French and spent the last summer travelling through Germany and Sweden, starting with Medeltidsveckan on Gotland.
