Skenet – the new super group of Folk rock!
Skenet is a live band spellbinding its audience with ardour, weight and total presence at stage. Psychedelia and heavier riffs of rock close to Led Zeppelin meets the heritage of Bollnäs traditional music. Top this with the exceptional energetic and charismatic front figur Lena Jonsson and you have the perfect live band. Skenet always delivers riffs and raw energy!

The band members met already as children when all four started playing the fiddle in Bollnäs. A strong friendship and desire to create something musically unique was awakened. Although some of their melodies have provenance in the 19th century, most of the songs are original compositions of the siblings Lena and Staffan Jonsson. The listener gets to meet both tradition and new innovations at the same time.
