Ye Banished Privateers

Ye Banished Privateers is a 18th century folk punk band based in Umeå. A crew consisting of up around a dosen dirty musicians board stages bringing speedy sailor´s song and ballades rolled in tar and gun powder. The stragety is straight: with groove and music inspired by Irish and Scandinavian tunes snare the audiende to singing and dancing with the band (and later picking the valuables that fell from their pockets..).
